A clear view of what we collect.

Our website uses first-party analytics to understand which pages, links and services interest visitors. We record page paths, referring website names, campaign tags, device category, clicks, scroll milestones and estimated active time. We do not record keystrokes, form contents as analytics events, or session videos.

Anonymous visit identifiers

With browser storage available, a random visitor identifier lasts up to 30 days and a session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. These identify a browser, not a named person. Analytics is disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also turn off analytics for this browser. Clearing browser storage removes that preference.

When you request a quote

We store the details you submit in our private CRM so our team can respond and manage your project. When available, we attach the visit’s source and campaign to your inquiry. Only approved JCI team accounts can access these records. Our hosting platform processes requests; short-lived hashed rate-limit identifiers help prevent spam. Our analytics database does not store raw IP addresses.

Retention and requests

Anonymous event and session data is kept for approximately 90 days and removed during routine collection. Inquiry and client records remain while needed for business follow-up and recordkeeping.
